Booking conditions

An initial deposit of the unit cost of one night within 14 days after the reservation in order to definitively fix your reservation. (non-refundable)
Payment debited 60 days before arrival: 30%
2 nd payment 45 days before arrival: Balance of the total due.

Method of payment accepted on site during your stay: Cash.
The total amount of the reservation does not include optional products or services ordered on site.

Cancellation conditions and fees

Any request for modification and cancellation must be sent by email.
Cancellation terms apply with reference to local home time
The initial deposit average values of one night on your stays (Deposit) is not refunded in case of cancellation.
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the reservation is due
No show 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due
Reservation modification fees: Free subject to availability.
